I love this product! I saw this on their video and since I work at a computer all day, I was looking for some relief. This belt has heat, a nice lumbar massage function, and the red light therapy all in one place and it is comfortable. This has brought my some much valued relief. I am very happy with my purchase, I am using it often, the lumbar massage is so nice even if I do not have back pain at the time, so I feel better overall. It recharges easily with the provided charger cord and the charge lasts well, I never run it out before charging again. I am very happy with my purchase. Wow! This helped my lower back! The heat and massage and light are wonderful! It definitely helps reduce lower back pain (sacral and bulging discs and muscle pain and more). I also put it on my hip and it worked too. The battery life is great too. It functions very well and is very portable. It does not make too much noise either. Value for the money is wonderful. I have more expensive devices for my lower back and I now use this one instead now. Recommend it!

This is really convenient compared to a standard heating pad since you’re not stuck sitting next to an outlet the whole time. The cordless design makes it easier to move around the house or keep on while doing other things.The heat settings warm up fairly quickly and the vibration modes add a little extra comfort instead of just plain heat alone. The wrap is adjustable and stayed in place reasonably well while wearing it.It’s been nice for relaxing after a long day or when your lower back is feeling tight without having to drag around a corded pad.

Bought the belt about 3 weeks ago and I think it's working great. Not a miracle worker in 5 minutes — but stick with it, wear it daily, and you'll feel the difference.

Battery broke after a single charge! I bought this just a month and a half ago to help with my sciatica. After using it twice the battery was empty. So I went to recharge it. I kept it plugged in overnight. When I checked it, the battery indicated it was still charging. I let it charge for another day, and the next day it was still uncharged. The battery clearly was bad. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to return it. When I bought the Bob and Brad unit, I also bought another much cheaper unit from a different brand. That unit still works fine, and the its battery works fine. I deeply regret ever buying the Bob and Brad Heating Pad. If I could give it no stars, I would.UPDATE: After posting this review (above), the Bob and Brad team contacted me (through an Amazon email) and offered to either refund my money or replace the broken heating pad with a new one, even though it was past the Amazon deadline for returns or refunds. I agreed to accept a replacement, and the new one arrived within 3 days. It works great and is such a great help for my sciatica pain! It is so amazing and wonderful to deal with a company that is willing to stand behind their product and was actually willing to go above and beyond what they were required to do. Thank you, Bob and Brad! I'm glad now that I dealt with your company!

This belt has helped my bulging disc that was putting pressure on my sciatica nerve. Cannot recommend it enough.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical. My lower back had been giving me problems for 4 and a half months and nothing was touching it. It was scary honestly, I'd never dealt with anything like it before. Got the belt plus the free back pain guide they email you after purchase (the posture where you lie on your back with legs at 90 degrees + the planks really did the trick for me btw). Between the belt and the guide, I finally turned a corner. For what it costs, it's less than one massage. Could've sent it back for a refund but I'm keeping it in case things ever flare up again. This heating belt massager from Bob and Brad is amazing! It is easy to use and it fits well. It charges up very quickly - not anywhere near the 4 hours mentioned in the manual. I use a fast charge block so that might help. The run time is also very long. I can use it all week before I have to charge it again. I set the heat on the lowest temp because that's sufficient. My lower back feels so much better after I use this. I'm really happy with it and the quality is better than I expected.2 people found this helpful

I really like the thoughtful design of this heating pad, especially that the massage and heat functions can be used separately. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I mostly use the vibration mode without turning on the heat, and it works great.It's very convenient to use while sitting at my desk during work. Whenever my back starts to feel tired, I can just turn it on for quick relief. It's also lightweight and easy to carry, so I don't have to take it off when moving around.All in all, it's practical, comfortable, and fits nicely into my daily routine.
