Back story - my neck was hurting for 6 months, and it got to the point where I needed to call in sick for work, as the pain made it hard to concentrate or do anything else, so I was just laying in bed with a hot pack on my neck & waiting for the pain to subside just enough for me to be able to get up, it was very bad. They basically told me they have nothing to do with the product from Amazon and that it's a copy-cat they're trying to take down, so I ordered this one from their website. I must say it's worth the price - it does everything they say, there's heating, massage, EMS, stretching, everything they say is true and it does help with neck pain for sure. I prefer to use it they way shown on the photo because it's just more comfortable for me, but you can experiment.Now to why you shouldn't get the one from Amazon - a couple of days ago my sister-in-law got the one from Amazon and we compared the devices, hers is nothing like mine - first of all hers is made from a hard plastic and I couldn't lay down on it for more than a minute, it's just uncomfortable. The "massage" on hers is barely a massage, more like an imitation. I couldn't feel the EMS as well, but the heating seemed to work fine. Long story short - my sister in law didn't see any results from her massager so she's going to return it & order one like mine.

Richard E.Verified BuyerClosest thing to a miracleI prefer using it outside because it's warm & why not, it has 3 adjustments - 3 levels of massage, 3 levels of heating, and 6 levels of EMS, and also you can use the concave or convex side which adjusts the level of stretching. Personally I prefer the 2-3-2 setting (2 level massage, 3 level EMS, 2 level heating) & using the concave side, after various tests I found this to be the sweet spot for me. I bought this mainly because I was having pain & tension in the neck for the last 2-3 years occasionally, and have tried everything to fix it, but with close to no success. This massager was recommended to me by my PT, and I can confidently say that nothing came close to the results this massager offers, I didn't believe it at first, but the pain really goes away after the 1st use (not completely, but it significantly reduces). And after 2 weeks of use, I am starting to forget that my neck was even hurting before lol. So my advice is get one for yourself, you won't be sorry.

I literally lay down on it for 15 minutes before going to sleep, and then sleep like a baby, this thing literally changed my life, and I'm not exagerating, if you have neck pain then you'll know how awful it feels not to be able to enjoy day to day life, or even sleep because of the pain, so when I found something that actually works (this reculix massager) I keep praising it to everyone! I don't know what magic potion they put in it, and I honestly don't care, the only thing that matters is that I finally feel good again, and I can't thank reculix enough!!!

Ethan Q.Verified Buyerweird looking, but worksI got this to improve my posture because I was starting to notice a "hump" on the back of my neck, and besides the occasional feeling of pain & tension in my neck, my self confidence went down because I was starting to look like a hunchback, or at least I was thinking that. I tried stretching with regular plastic stretchers from Amazon, but they were uncomfortable & ineffective (no improvement after weeks for use). Then my sister sent me a link to this and I decided why not. I gave it 4 starts because shipping took about a week, and I'm used to getting things faster, so of someone from this company is reading - work on improving your shipping times. When I laid down on it I felt tingling, and it felt like my neck was contracting by itself which felt weird but relaxing (can't explain) then the heat started & I almost could feel more blood flowing through my neck, and the massage made it even more relaxing. After the 1st session obviously my posture didn't change much, but my neck felt so much more relaxed, and it was the 1st time in years when I could actually move my neck around with little to no discomfort. And about the posture - within a week the hump from the back of my neck is basically gone, so this definitely works, get it & try it!

Isabella F.Verified Buyergreat alternativeA chiropractor told me to use a heating pad on my neck each evening. I have tried a few and none would make contact correctly. This is perfect for that. It's so relaxing and the heat is perfectly spread over the neck. I haven't felt any stretching yet hopefully that will come soon.
