AmazHonestyVerified BuyerIf you are into cupping at all, or even curious to try, you can't go wrong just picking these up instead of hitting up a spa for a 1 time treatment at the same price as just owning the tools to do it yourself. These are sure to save you a buck if you want to give cupping a go, they are easy to use, though it certainly helps to have someone around who can place them in hard to reach areas, and deliver good suction even at the lower strength levels. I've actually never even used them beyond the 2nd lowest strength setting, already it felt like it was giving pretty strong suction but I'm not really an avid cupper so I'm sure after getting more comfortable with it or trying to work out a really sore area the more powerful strengths will get the job done. All in all it's a really nifty little set with a clean design, these things are awesome.

This has been a great tool to have on hand to relive muscle tension and soreness. It has adjustable settings so you can get the suction and heat to your desirable preference. The higher settings can be a bit aggressive and uncomfortable so if you’re extra sensitive that is something to be aware of. It’s not really a massage and I don’t feel particularly relaxed like I’m at the spa or anything. But I know that cupping has lots of benefits. Be careful not to place on bony prominences as that can cause pain and discomfort. You can use massage oil with this, and it comes with replaceable o rings to change out when needed. Battery life is good, and comes with two usb cords for each cup. For the price you’re getting what you pay for.
